How to Order/Refill a Prescription
If you are a returning customer:

- Or, call us at 800-754-5222 to request a refill
If you are a new customer:
Choose the ordering option that is most convenient for you:
- Phone: 800-754-5222
- Ask your veterinarian to phone in your prescription; we’ll take it from there
- Fax: 800-440-5899 (be sure to include your phone number)
- In person: Local customers may pick-up their completed prescriptions in person. Compounding is complex and times to prepare medications vary. For this reason, we recommend you contact the pharmacy at 800-754-5222 prior to coming in. We are located at 6000 Commerce Parkway, Suite A in Mount Laurel, NJ. We are open Mon – Fri, 9:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.; Sat, 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
Once we receive your prescription, a customer care representative will call you to obtain some basic information and discuss costs, payment, and shipping options. You are under no obligation to get the prescription filled (even if your doctor phones in your prescription/refill, we’ll get your approval before filling it).
Please note that we’ll need you to bring in or mail us your original hard-copy prescription form for our records (but this won’t hold up your order from being processed).
