“My cat Jingles was diagnosed with heart disease and two of his medications came from this pharmacy. Their customer service is exceptional. Unfortunately I had to put my precious pet to sleep on 9/29/16. I called the pharmacy regarding returning his unused medication. I explained the situation and yesterday I received a sympathy card in the mail. I have only been dealing with them for 5 months and they were thoughtful enough to send a card. My regular vet of many years didn’t offer one single word. I hope that I never have to use this pharmacy again but I would not hesitate for a second if I did.”
