Medications for Confident Pet Care

Wherever you are in the United States, you can turn to Stokes Pharmacy to fill a compounded prescription for your pet. We aim to make the process simple, convenient, and fast, with options such as online refills and overnight delivery.

Our customer care representatives are available Monday – Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. (EST) and Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. (EST). You may also speak with one of our pharmacists during those hours if you have any questions.

How to Order or Refill a Prescription

For Returning Customers

For New Customers

Choose the ordering option that is most convenient for you:

We are located at 6000 Commerce Parkway, Suite A in Mount Laurel, NJ. We are open Mon – Fri, 9:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.; Sat, 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.

Once we receive your prescription, a customer care representative will call you to obtain some basic information and discuss costs, payment, and shipping options. You are under no obligation to get the prescription filled (even if your doctor phones in your prescription/refill, we’ll get your approval before filling it).

Please note that we’ll need you to bring in or mail us your original hard-copy prescription form for our records (but this won’t hold up your order from being processed).

Transfer a Prescription to Stokes Pharmacy

If you’d like to transfer your pet’s current prescription(s) to Stokes Pharmacy, we’d be delighted to have you join our family of satisfied customers. And we make the transfer process easy and seamless.

  • Simply call us at 800-754-5222 and let us know you’d like to transfer a prescription.
  • We’ll take it from there—wherever in the United States you are.
  • Our pharmacist will call your veterinarian or the pharmacy where your prescription currently is being filled and have it transferred to Stokes.

That’s all there is to it!

We are a compounding pharmacy unlike most pharmacies including chain pharmacies. We compound the prescriptions you are unable to get filled at general pharmacies. We make our prescriptions from scratch specifically for the unique needs of individual patients based on your physician’s specifications.

Veterinarians trust Stokes for the consistent quality and integrity provided in our services. Stokes implements the proper controls to assure that preparations meet various regulatory and company standards. Stokes strives to provide safe and effective preparations intended to exceed customer expectations.

Upon receiving a prescription, it is reviewed by one of our pharmacists. A customer care representative will contact you within 24 hours to review the prescription, obtain some basic information and discuss payment/shipping options with you. If you have not heard from us, please feel free to call us.

Just let us know this is your preference and we’ll take care of it. Our pharmacist would be more than happy to call your veterinarian or the pharmacy where your prescription is to have it transferred to Stokes.

We are not contracted with any pet insurance companies. If you would like to seek reimbursement for your compounded medication, please contact your insurance provider for information.

The time to fill/make each individual prescription varies. We recommend you place your order as soon as possible to ensure sufficient compounding time. Most orders will be shipped the same day the order is placed with a few exceptions. Please provide your e-mail address to be notified once your order is available to ship. If you are a local client and would like to pick up your prescription, we will call you as soon as it is ready.

*Please Note: Upon receiving a prescription / refill from your doctor, we will first get your approval before filling the prescription unless otherwise specified.

To get a price you can fax it to 800-440-5899 or have your veterinarian phone it in. We will then contact you with a price.

Questions? Please contact one of our customer care representatives at (800) 754-5222.
